Shipping

We ship within the United States only.

• Free shipping on orders of $20 or more. Orders under $20 ship for $4.95.
• Standard chimes leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and usually arrive 2–5 business days later.
• Engraved chimes are engraved to order and arrive within 10 business days of your order.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love the sound of your chime. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Changed your mind?

Email us at info@upblendoutdoors.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. The chime must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the chime reaches our warehouse, we refund the full item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Arrived damaged or wrong?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box. We'll send a free replacement. No need to send anything back.

Engraved (personalized) chimes

Because each engraved chime is made for one person, it can't be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, or the engraving doesn't match your order, we'll make it right with a free replacement.
